This is a very healthy dish... Lumpia or spring rolls made of mixed vegetables and cook in the oven...
  Bean sprouts 150 Gram
  Sliced carrots 100 Gram
  Bamboo shoots 150 Gram
  Baguoi beans 100 Gram
  Chopped garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Oyster sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lumpia wrapper 10
  Egg 1 , scrambled

Prepare a non-stick frying pan or wok. Make it hot and once it€™s hot put the OLIVE OIL and sauteed the CHOPPED GARLIC. Once it gets a bit brown the garlic, put the CARROTS and after 1 minute, add the BAMBOO SHOOTS, OYSTER SAUCE for taste and sprinkle some BLACK PEPPER POWDER, wait a couple of minutes until the vegetables will be half cook. One the carrots and bamboo shoots are already half cook, add the BAGUIO BEANS, mix with everything cook for a couple of minute and add the BEANS SPROUTS. Mix thoroughly until all the vegetables are cook. Note don€™t overcook the vegetables because you still have to cook them again in the oven. Once it€™s done wait at least 30 minutes before you start wrapping the vegetables.

After 30 minutes and the vegetables are already a bit cold, start to wrap them using the LUMPIA WRAPPER. How to do the wrapping is shown in the video. Then once everything is all wrap you may start to preheat your oven over 180 degree C. Then place all the LUMPIA VEGETABLES and cook for at least 8 minutes or wait untill the wrapper is already a bit brown. Then once it€™s already a bit brown, you can now remove from the oven. Best serve while it€™s hot.
