Chicken Cutlets with Maple Mustard Dill sauce
|Skinless boneless chicken breast halves||24 Ounce, boneless chicken breast halves (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped red onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Maple syrup||6 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh dill||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange rind||1 Teaspoon|
1.Pound the chicken breast half by placing them between two plastic wraps. The chicken should have 1/4 inch thickness.
2.Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper.
3.Heat a nonstick pan. Coat pan with cooking spray.
4.Add chicken to pan and cook each side until done. Remove chicken from pan.
5.Reduce heat and add onion to pan. Saute for a minute. Add syrup and remaining ingredients.
6.Serve sauce with chicken.
