Chicken cutlets with Mustard Dill sauce is a very simple recipe. In this recipe chicken is pounded so as to cook it faster and evenly. There are flavors of orange rind, mustard and maple in it. Ingredients
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 24 Ounce, boneless chicken breast halves (4 Pieces, 6 Ounce Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooking spray 1
  Chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
  Maple syrup 6 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1.Pound the chicken breast half by placing them between two plastic wraps. The chicken should have 1/4 inch thickness.
2.Sprinkle chicken evenly with salt and pepper.
3.Heat a nonstick pan. Coat pan with cooking spray.
4.Add chicken to pan and cook each side until done. Remove chicken from pan.
5.Reduce heat and add onion to pan. Saute for a minute. Add syrup and remaining ingredients.
6.Serve sauce with chicken.
