Chocolate Roll Up

  Roll up 1
  Sugar-free low fat no-cook chocolate pudding mix 4 Ounce (1 Package)
  Skim milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Creme de cacao 2 Teaspoon
  White topping 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
Put the pudding mix in a mixing bowl.
Add the skim milk and creme de cacao, if desired.
Whip until thickened.
Spread the pudding on the roll.
Roll up the cake from the short end.
To start rolling, lift the cake with the end of the towel.
When rolled, place the roll seam-side-down on a serving plate.
Optional: Top each slice with a dollop of your favorite white topping.
