Banana Walnut Roll Up
|Roll up||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla tart filling||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Ripe bananas||3 Small, peeled and sliced|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped|
Prepare the Basic Roll-Up Recipe.
Cool and unroll.
Prepare the tart filling and then stir the bananas and walnuts into it.
Spread the filling evenly on the cooked roll and roll up the cake from the short end.
To start rolling, lift the cake with the end of the towel.
When rolled, place the roll seam-side-down on a serving plate.
