  Prepared mustard 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Roast lamb slice 8 , cooked
  Butter 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 Small, sliced
  Canned mushroom 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Canned tomato soup 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Chopped parsley 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Fine herbs 1⁄2 Teaspoon (2 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

–  Coat each roasted lamb slice with prepared mustard.
–  In a skillet, melt butter, saute onions and mushrooms and season with salt and pepper. Divide mixture evenly onto each lamb slice.
–  Roll each slice and secure with toothpicks.
–  Pour tomato soup into a stove-top casserole. Add the meat, sprinkle with parsley and fines herbes, then let mixture simmer over medium heat 5 to 10 minutes.
