Holiday Dinner Rolls even smells great. These Holiday Dinner Rolls came out really nice. A really great recipe!
  Dry yeast 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Warm water 180 Milliliter (3/4 Cup)
  Honey 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Vegetable oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Plus Enough Water To Make 1/3 Cup / 80 Milliliter Liquid)
  Egg/1/4 cup (60 milliliter) egg replacer 1
  Potato flakes 120 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Prepared)
  Whole wheat flour 355 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Unbleached white flour 480 Milliliter (2 Cups)

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl.
Leave until bubbly, about 10 minutes.
Add honey, salt, oil, egg, potatoes and half of flours.
Beat thoroughly.
Add enough flour to make manageable dough.
Turn out onto lightly floured board and knead for 10 minutes until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place in lightly oiled bowl, turning once to coat.
Set in warm place and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down, turn onto floured board and shape into desired shape of roll.
Place rolls on greased cookie sheet.
Cover lightly with plastic or cotton towel and place in warm place to rise until light, about 20-30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
