Beef And Cabbage Rolls
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Sauerkraut||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Refrigerator crescent rolls||24 Ounce (3 Packages, 8 Ounce Each)|
In a large skillet, brown beef and onions.
Drain off any excess liquid.
Season to taste.
Add sauerkraut and cook until heated.
Open crescent rolls and crimp 2 triangles together to form rectangles.
Place small amount of meat mixture on each rectangle.
Slice each roll into 2 or 3 rounds.
Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned.
