Veal Cutlets In Wine

Surely do try these juicy Veal Cutlets in Wine. Along with pimiento stuffed green olives, these peppered Veal Cutlets in wine are a mealtime craze. Try them and let me know if you like them.
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Veal cutlets 1 Pound (4 Pieces)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sliced pimiento stuffed green olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

1. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with flour mixture.
2. Melt butter in an 8-inch square glass baking dish in microwave oven (about 30 seconds at High). Arrange meat in dish; turn pieces over to coat. Cover with waxed paper. Cook 4 minutes at High; turn meat over after 2 minutes.
3. Remove excess liquid from dish. Cook covered in microwave oven 12 minutes at Medium-High, or until tender; rotate dish one-half turn after 7 minutes.
4. Turn meat over. Add wine and olives. Cook covered in microwave oven 1 minute at High.
