|Light brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White corn syrup||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pet milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cook slowly stirring occasionally to 236°F. or until a few drops form a soft ball when dropped.
Remove from heat, cool at room temperature.
Beat until candy holds its shape, turn onto wood board with 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
Knead until firm.
Shape into long rolls.
Cover the roll or knead into it 1 1/2 cups broken nuts.
Wrap in wax paper and put in cool place to harden.
Cut into 1/2" slices.
