Fish Rolls

These fish rolls are made with potato and spiced to taste. Breaded and fried with lemon juice and chili to taste, the potato fish rolls are appetizing and delicious.
Ingredients
  Fish 1⁄2 Kilogram (Any Fleshy Fish)
  Potatoes 3
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fish stock 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Fine breadcrumbs 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Quantity Required)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (As Per Requirement For Frying)
Directions

After the fish is cleaned, boil it in water with salt.
Once that is done, remove the fish and separate the stock.
Debone the fish and then mash it together with the potatoes, turmeric, chilli and the pepper powder.
Also add the lime juice and the stock at this stage.
Make balls from the mixture in the shape and size of a lemon.
Press them flat and then roll them with hands.
Dip each ball in the beaten egg and coat it with breadcrumbs.
Fry till golden brown and serve hot.
