Smothered Steak Roll Ups
|Thinly sliced round steak/Flank steak||2 Pound|
|Packaged herb seasoned stuffing||2 Cup (32 tbs), prepared as directed|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Pound steak with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer; cut into 6 pieces long enough to roll.
Place 1/3 cup stuffing near center of each steak; roll pinwheel fashion; fasten with toothpicks or skewers.
Brown roll ups in butter.
Add soup and water.
Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until tender.
Spoon sauce over meat often during cooking.
Stir in sour cream; heat a few minutes more
