Smothered Steak Roll Ups has a fine taste. Smothered Steak Roll Ups gets its taste from steaks mixed with soup and cream, flavored by herbs. Smothered Steak Roll Ups is inspired by many food joints worldwide.
  Thinly sliced round steak/Flank steak 2 Pound
  Packaged herb seasoned stuffing 2 Cup (32 tbs), prepared as directed
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Pound steak with meat hammer or edge of heavy saucer; cut into 6 pieces long enough to roll.
Place 1/3 cup stuffing near center of each steak; roll pinwheel fashion; fasten with toothpicks or skewers.
Brown roll ups in butter.
Add soup and water.
Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour or until tender.
Spoon sauce over meat often during cooking.
Stir in sour cream; heat a few minutes more
