|Gruyere cheese fingers/Cheddar cheese||4|
|Cooked ham||4 Small|
|Canned concentrated tomato soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs) (As Needed)|
Put the ham and cheese on the seasoned fillets veal.
Roll firmly and skewer or tie.
Put soup and an equal amount of water into pan.
Bring to the boil, stir until smooth.
Simmer veal rolls in the liquid for 25 minutes.
Instead of cheese and ham the meat can be filled with stuffing and chopped fried mushrooms.
