Simple Honey Rolls

Ingredients
  Eggs 3 , separated
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  Hot oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs), sifted
  Cinnamon To Taste
  Syrup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Beat egg whites with baking powder until stiff.
Beat egg yolks lightly, add to egg whites, and beat until creamy.
Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
Turn out dough on lightly floured board and knead with oiled hands until smooth.
Dough will be a little sticky.
Keep kneading until dough blisters and forms bubbles when sliced with a knife.
Form dough into 1 inch balls.
Roll out each ball very thinly and cut into rectangles.
Drop, one at a time, into hot fat (360 degrees), turn immediately, using two forks, and roll up into a cylinder.
Remove from fat when golden.
Dip immediately into hot syrup.
Place on cake racks to drain and sprinkle with cinnamon, Syrup: In saucepan combine 1 cup honey, 2 cups sugar, and 1 cup water.
Bring to a boil and boil for 10 to 15 minutes.
