Deviled Beef Rolls
|Onion soup mix||2 Tablespoon (Regular)|
|Horseradish mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Beef steaks||1 Pound, cubed (4 Whole)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, melted|
Meanwhile, mix dry soup mix and 4 teaspoons water; let stand 5 minutes.
Stir in mustard.
Sprinkle steaks with a little pepper.
Spread one side of each steak with one-fourth of the mustard mixture; top with one-fourth of the mushrooms.
Roll up steaks and fasten with wooden picks.
Brush with butter.
Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 6 minutes.
Turn, brushing with butter; broil 6 minutes more.
