Tongue And Cream Cheese Rolls
|Chopped cucumber||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped spring onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked peas||2 Tablespoon|
|Potato salad||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|French dressing||1 Tablespoon|
|Cream cheese||3 Ounce (Soft)|
Spread each slice of tongue with chutney.
Mix the cheese, cucumber, onion and capers together.
Moisten with a very little French dressing.
Put on to the slices of tongue and roil, making sure the light filling shows at either end of each roll.
Arrange in a ring of sliced beetroot and garnish with potato salad and peas.
