Ingredients
  Self raising flour 8 Ounce
  Salt To Taste
  Margarine 1 Ounce
  Milk 4 Tablespoon (adjust quantity as needed for mixing)
Directions

Sieve flour and salt, rub in the margarine and mix with enough milk to make a firm dough.
Roll out to smooth dough, a good 1/4 inch thick.
Cut into long strips, then roll up each strip like a tiny Swiss roll.
Put these strips into greased patty tins, brush the tops with milk and bake for about 12 minutes in a hot oven (450°F,€”Gas Mark 7).
