No Fail Dinner Rolls

Ingredients
  Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant dry milk 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry instant potatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs) (For Soft Dough, Add Quite A Bit More)
Directions

Mix in order given.
Knead for about 8 minutes.
Let rise one time.
Punch down and turn out on floured board.
Divide in half and make two 10 inch circles.
Cut into pie shapes.
Roll up and let rise until double.
Bake at 350° until lightly browned or freeze.
Allow 4 hours to bake after freezing.
