Ham Broccoli Rolls

Try this alluring Ham Broccoli Rolls recipe. An easily prepared recipe, this Ham Broccoli Rolls is a dish which you will always love to serve to your friends.
  Boiled ham 4 (Use Rectangular Slices, About 0.25 Inch Thick)
  Swiss cheese slice 4 (About 1/8 Inch Thick)
  Frozen broccoli spears 10 Ounce, cooked and drained
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Prepared horse radish 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Instant minced onion 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 2 , slightly beaten
  Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned pineapple 4 , drained

In a shallow, heat-resistant, non metallic baking dish, place ham slices.
Top each ham slice with cheese.
Place cooked broccoli spears on top of each cheese topped ham slice.
Set aside.
In a medium-sized, heat-resistant, non-metallic bowl, melt butter, uncovered, on full power 30 seconds.
Blend in the flour, salt, horseradish, mustard, worcestershire sauce and onion.
Set aside.
Combine beaten egg yolk and pineapple juice.
Add pineapple juice mixture to butter mixture.
Blend well.
Stir in milk.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce is thick and bubbly.
Spoon about 1 tablespoon of sauce over broccoli.
Roll ham and cheese around broccoli and secure with wooden picks.
Heat, covered, on roast for 10 minutes.
Spoon remaining sauce over ham rolls.
Top with pineapple slices.
Heat, uncovered, on roast for 3 to 4 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
