Ham Rolls With Zippy Sauce
|Ground cooked ham||1 Pound|
|Ground pork||1⁄2 Pound|
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound|
|Graham cracker crumbs||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Canned tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Firmly Packed)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
Heat oven to 350Â°.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients for ham rolls; mix well.
Using about 1/3 cup mixture for each, shape into 24 rolls, each about 4 inches long.
Place in 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
Sauce: In medium bowl, combine all sauce ingredients; pour over rolls.
Bake at 350Â° for 50 to 60 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
