Smoked Shoulder Roll And Beans
|Smoked shoulder roll||3 Pound (Butt)|
|Green beans||1 Quart, washed and broken into 1 inch pieces|
|Potatoes||6 , washed, pared and quartered|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cover smoked shoulder roll with water and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
Add the beans and cook about 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook about 25 minutes, or until beans and potatoes are tender.
