Smoked Shoulder Roll And Beans

Ingredients
  Smoked shoulder roll 3 Pound (Butt)
  Green beans 1 Quart, washed and broken into 1 inch pieces
  Potatoes 6 , washed, pared and quartered
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Cover smoked shoulder roll with water and simmer 2 1/2 hours.
Add the beans and cook about 10 minutes.
Add the potatoes and cook about 25 minutes, or until beans and potatoes are tender.
