Salmon And Cheese Rolls
|Canned salmon||7 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce|
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|American cheese slices/Processed cheese slices||4|
Drain and flake fish.
Add peas and evaporated milk; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Split rolls; spread with butter.
Put slice of cheese on half of each one.
Pile some hot fish mixture on top; cover with other half of roll
