Ingredients
  Canned salmon 7 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Frozen peas 10 Ounce
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Hamburger rolls 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  American cheese slices/Processed cheese slices 4
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Drain and flake fish.
Add peas and evaporated milk; season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Stir over low heat until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Split rolls; spread with butter.
Put slice of cheese on half of each one.
Pile some hot fish mixture on top; cover with other half of roll
