Follow recipe for Buttermilk Biscuits.
Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush with 2 tablespoons softened butter or margarine.
Sprinkle dough with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 cup finely shredded orange peel (reserve 1 tablespoon peel for glaze).
Beginning with long side, roll up and press edges togetherCut into 1-inch slices.
Do not brush tops with milk.
Place slices flat on greased baking sheet or in muffin-pan wells, and brush with some of the Orange Glaze, below.
Bake at 425°F about 15 minutes.
Spoon remaining Orange Glaze over the hot rolls.
