Cinnamon Or Apple Rolls
Follow recipe for Buttermilk Biscuits.
Roll dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
Brush dough with 2 tablespoons softened butter or margarine.
Sprinkle with a mixture of 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar, 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Or, spread dough with a mixture of 1 1/2 cups (about 2 medium-sized) finely chopped apples, 1/2 cup sugar, and 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon.
Beginning with long side, roll up and press edges together to seal.
Cut into 1-inch slices.
Do not brush tops with milk.
Place flat on greased baking sheet and bake as directed.
