Crab Rolls

Ingredients
  Hamburger rolls 4
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Crabmeat 1⁄2 Pound
  Celery 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Tabasco sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce 3
  Pimiento strips 8
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Dill pickles 4
Directions

Toast the hamburger rolls.
Pick over the crabmeat.
Discard any bits of shell or cartilage.
Combine the crabmeat, celery, 3 to 4 drops of Tabasco sauce, and 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce.
Add the mayonnaise.
Place a leaf of lettuce on each roll.
Divide the crabmeat mixture among the rolls.
Garnish with pimiento strips and a dill pickle.
