Veal Cutlets

Enjoy a Veal Cutlet recipe that is truly delicious. A healthy non-vegetarian dish made with veal cutlets and white wine is very simple to prepare and makes everyone want it again-n-again.
Ingredients
  Veal cutlets 2
  Mushrooms 4
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place cutlets side by side in centre of a large piece of greased, doubled aluminium foil.
Peel and slice mushrooms thinly, place on top of cutlets.
Turn up sides of foil.
Add wine, cream, salt and pepper and chives.
Seal foil securely.
Place packages on barbecue over medium hot coals and cook for approximately 30 minutes or until meat is tender.
Turn once while cooking.
