200 Gram, cooked, cracked, sectioned into 2 to 3-inch pieces
1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic and pepper.
2. Add all the seafood and mix.
3. Let the seafood cook for sometime.
4. Add white wine and rice.
5. Add some water, mix it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve hot in a deep dish plate topped with parmesan if you like.
