Appetizing Seafood Risotto

This one is an Italian recipe Seafood Risotto. Rice in this recipe absorbs all the flavors of seafood. The sauce for the risotto is pepper and garlic based. Quick and easy to make, watch and enjoy the video.
Ingredients
  Mussels 200 Gram, cooked, cracked, sectioned into 2 to 3-inch pieces
  Prawns 200 Gram
  Fish 200 Gram
  Calamari 200 Gram
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked, drained
  White wine 2 Tablespoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Heat oil and sauté garlic and pepper.
2. Add all the seafood and mix.
3. Let the seafood cook for sometime.
4. Add white wine and rice.
5. Add some water, mix it and let it cook for 10-15 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve hot in a deep dish plate topped with parmesan if you like.
