Directions

MAKING
1) In a frying pan, melt the butter and add the olive oil
2) Sauté the onion and the bacon
3) While the bacon cooks, dice the asparagus
4) Add it to the onions
5) Add the rice and stir for about a minute
6) Lower the flame and add in the vegetable stock
7) Add in the stock till the rice is cooked
8) Once the rice is cooked
9) Add in the butter
10) Season with black pepper and parmesan cheese

SERVING
11) Serve into individual plates with parmesan cheese
