|Onion||1 Medium, peeled and chopped|
|Patna rice||6 Ounce|
|Chicken stock||1 Pint|
|Green peas||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked mushrooms||1 Ounce, sliced|
|Cooked ham||2 Ounce, chopped|
|Red pepper||1⁄2 Small, blanched and chopped|
1. Fry the onion in the butter until lightly browned.
2. Add the rice and mix well.
3. Add the stock, bring to boiling point, cover and cook until the rice is tender and most of the stock is absorbed.
4. Add all the other ingredients and continue cooking for about 5 minutes.
