Risotto with Sausage

|Italian sausage||1⁄2 Pound, casing removed|
|Onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
|Cold water||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Long grain rice||1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Shredded pasteurized process cheese food||4 Ounce|
Brown sausage; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in water and oregano; bring to full boil.
Stir in rice and parsley.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Stir in process cheese food until melted.
