Risotto with Sausage

Ingredients
  Italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound, casing removed
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Cold water 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Long grain rice 1 2⁄3 Cup (26.67 tbs)
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Shredded pasteurized process cheese food 4 Ounce
Directions

Brown sausage; drain.
Add onions; cook until tender.
Stir in water and oregano; bring to full boil.
Stir in rice and parsley.
Cover; remove from heat.
Let stand 5 minutes; fluff with fork.
Stir in process cheese food until melted.
