Fresh Shrimp Risotto
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Small shrimp||3⁄4 Pound, cleaned and deveined|
|Chicken broth/Clam broth||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Rice||3 Cup (48 tbs) (Brand)|
|Ground pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
In a medium skillet, cook onion in butter until golden.
Cook over medium heat until shrimp have golden color, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a vigorous boil.
Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
