Fresh Shrimp Risotto

Ingredients
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Small shrimp 3⁄4 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Chicken broth/Clam broth 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Rice 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Brand)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Saffron 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a medium skillet, cook onion in butter until golden.
Add shrimp.
Cook over medium heat until shrimp have golden color, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a vigorous boil.
Cover and simmer until all liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
