Beef Risotto

Ingredients
  Cooking oil 10 Milliliter
  Minced beef 450 Gram
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Chicken stock 550 Milliliter
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mixed herbs 5 Milliliter
  Canned tomatoes 425 Gram (Including Juice)
  Bay leaf 1
  Dried mixed peppers 30 Milliliter
  Sherry 30 Milliliter
  Green peppers 1 , deseeded and diced
  Button mushrooms 100 Gram, sliced
  Long grain rice 100 Gram (Easy Cook)
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the meat and fry lightly.
Add the onion and continue to fry until golden brown.
Stir in the stock, garlic, herbs, canned tomatoes, bay leaf and dried peppers.
Bring to the boil.
Add the sherry and transfer to the Slo cooker.
Cook for recommended time.
Stir in the green pepper, mushrooms and rice.
Cook for recommended time.
