Ricotta and Walnut
|Butter||2 Ounce (50 Gram)|
|Walnuts||3 Ounce, roughly chopped (75 Gram)|
|Ricotta cheese||12 Ounce (350 Gram)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
1) Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Stir in walnuts and fry until golden brown.
2) In a large saucepan melt the remaining butter and add cheese in it. Cook until smooth, and thoroughly heated, but not boiled, stirring constantly.
3) Toss in freshly cooked pasta.
4) Serve immediately garnished with fried hot walnuts and freshly ground pepper. also, sprinkle shredded Parmesan cheese, if desired.
