Ingredients
  Ricotta impastata 2 Ounce
  Flour 1 Ounce (Use As Needed)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
Directions

MAKING
1.Shape the riccota in patty and coat it with flour and then immediately in beaten egg.
2.In a skillet heat oil and put the riccota paaty in it for frying.

SERVING
3.Serve with Marinara sauce.
