Ricotta Cheese Bake
|Seasoned bulk pork sausage||1 Pound|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Seasoned salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Sweet basil||1 Teaspoon|
|Ricotta cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut sausage into 1 1/2-inch chunks and place on roasting rack.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, or until no longer pink.
In a medium mixing bowl beat eggs well with a fork.
Add other seasonings (parsley, salt, sweet basil, pepper) and mix well.
Add ricotta cheese to egg mixture by the spoonful, mix gently.
Do not stir until smooth.
Place sausage evenly in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Pour egg and cheese mixture evenly over the sausage.
MICROWAVE 3 MINUTES on HIGH and 14 MINUTES on '6', or until metal knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Rotate once if needed.
