Ricotta Cheese With Coffee

Ingredients
  Ricotta cheese 1 Pound
  Powdered sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Strong black coffee 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (freshly brewed)
  Dark rum 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the ricotta cheese, sugar, coffee, and rum until mixture is smooth and thick. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly chilled.
2. Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or custard cups. Sprinkle chopped nuts over top.
