Ricotta Cheese Pudding
|Fat free ricotta cheese||1 Pound|
|Frozen low fat nondairy whipped topping||2 Teaspoon|
|Triple sec||2 Teaspoon|
|Aspartame sweetener||1 Teaspoon|
|Diabetic chocolate candy bar||2 Ounce, coarsely chopped|
|Chocolate sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Not Too Sweet)|
Process the ricotta in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the whipped topping, Triple Sec, and aspartame.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Fold in the chocolate.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for one hour before serving.
