Ricotta Cheese Pudding

Ingredients
  Fat free ricotta cheese 1 Pound
  Frozen low fat nondairy whipped topping 2 Teaspoon
  Triple sec 2 Teaspoon
  Aspartame sweetener 1 Teaspoon
  Diabetic chocolate candy bar 2 Ounce, coarsely chopped
  Chocolate sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Not Too Sweet)
Directions

Process the ricotta in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Add the whipped topping, Triple Sec, and aspartame.
Blend again.
Transfer to a mixing bowl.
Fold in the chocolate.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate it for one hour before serving.
