Veal With Rice And Sour Cream

  Veal 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into small pieces
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Minced parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Beef broth 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

Brown veal in oil.
Add onion, garlic, and green pepper; cook a few minutes.
Add parsley, paprika, and broth; simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
Add rice; stir.
Cover; cook 15 minutes.
Slowly stir in sour cream.
Season to taste; cover.
Cook 15 minutes.
