Green Peas And Tomato Fried Rice
|Roasted cumin seeds||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Chopped garlic||6 Clove (30 gm)|
|Green chilies||2 , chopped|
|Capsicum||1⁄2 , sliced|
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped|
|Shelled and boiled green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (5 Minutes In The Microwave)|
|Tomato||1 Large, chopped|
|Tomato ketchup||2 Tablespoon|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiled white rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put oil, cummin seeds, onion, garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, capsicum celery and mushrooms in a deep bowl.
Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix in green peas and tomato and microwave for 2 minutes more.
Mix in tomato ketchup, salt and 1 cup of water.
Microwave for a further 3 minutes.
When ready to serve, heat the above mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes and then mix in the boiled white rice and microwave for 2 more minutes.
