Chicken And Rice Dinner
|Packaged precooked rice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Canned condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce (Undrained)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), minced|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce|
|Chicken thighs and drumsticks||2 Pound|
In a 3 quart glass casserole, blend rice, soup, mushrooms with liquid, onion, and milk.
Cook, covered, 5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time.
Arrange chicken pieces in casserole.
Cover, and cook 20 minutes, rotating dish one-quarter turn halfway through cooking time.
Rest, covered, 10 minutes before serving.
