Wild And White Rice
|Uncooked wild rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Uncooked regular rice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Heat wild rice, 2/3 cup water and the salt to boiling in 1 quart saucepan; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Add regular rice and 1/2 cup water.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Fluff rice with fork; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
