Green And Yellow Rice
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Sharp cheddar cheese||1 Pound, grated|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen spinach||10 Ounce, cooked, drained and chopped|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Melt butter, add to rice.
Beat eggs and grate cheese.
Add milk to eggs; then stir in cheese, spinach and mix well.
Stir in onion, seasonings; combine entire mixture with rice.
Place in a 2 quart casserole dish.
Set in a pan of water in a 350Â°F oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
