Turkey And Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
  Wild rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Turkey stock 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash wild rice in several changes of warm water; soak in cold water for 1 hour.
Drain rice; place in a large bowl with cooked turkey, mushrooms, cream, 1 1/2 cups stock, onion, salt and pepper.
Turn into a well-buttered casserole and bake, covered, at 350 degree F for 1 hour.
Add remaining turkey stock.
Bake 25 minutes more.
Sprinkle with cheese, dot with butter and cook 20 minutes longer at 300 degree F.
