Cheese Rice Ring

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cooked tomatoes 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cooked rice 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Grated sharp cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender
2.Now add tomatoes and rice
3.Cook slowly until rice has absorbed liquid
4.Add seasonings and cheese
5.Pack into buttered ring mold
6.Unmold onto serving plate and fill with scrambled eggs
SERVING
7.Serve with a sauce of your choice
