Lobster And Rice

|Fresh mushrooms||1 Pound, sliced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned lobster||5 Ounce|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||20 Ounce (2 cans, 10 ounce each)|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sherry||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In a frying pan saute mushrooms in butter.
Mix all ingredients together, except grated cheese.
Pour into a large casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered at 350Â°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
