Lobster And Rice

Ingredients
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Pound, sliced
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned lobster 5 Ounce
  Cooked rice 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Condensed cream of mushroom soup 20 Ounce (2 cans, 10 ounce each)
  Chopped green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sherry 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Grated cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

In a frying pan saute mushrooms in butter.
Mix all ingredients together, except grated cheese.
Pour into a large casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese and bake, uncovered at 350°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
