Healthy Red Rice

Ingredients
  Rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Quality Vsmti)
  Red beet 1 , coarsely grated
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper To Taste (Little Quantity)
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Pick the rice soak in water and rinse.
Fry the onion with a little oil, add red beets until the onion becomes translucent.
Add spices and mix a little crush
Carefully add boiling water
Add filtered and boiled rice to a small fire (timer should then aim for 15 minutes)
Check after 15 minutes if all the water evaporated and off.
After 5 minutes to separate the rice
