Quick Fried Rice
|Converted rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Cooked chopped ham/Pork / chicken||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sliced water chestnuts/Bamboo shoots / bean sprouts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||4 Tablespoon|
Place rice and onions in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cook rice as directed in chart .
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Stir, cover and let stand 3 minutes before serving
