Quick Fried Rice

Ingredients
  Converted rice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced onion 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Canned mushroom stems and pieces 4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Cooked chopped ham/Pork / chicken 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced water chestnuts/Bamboo shoots / bean sprouts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Place rice and onions in a 2 qt.glass casserole dish.
Cook rice as directed in chart .
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes or until hot.
Stir, cover and let stand 3 minutes before serving
