|Uncooked rice||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Instant chicken broth||3 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
Combine rice, chicken broth and vegetable oil in a 2 quart casserole.
Pour boiling water over rice and stir with a fork.
Bake 40 minutes at 350Â°.
To serve, fluff rice with fork.
