Shrimp And Rice

Ingredients
  Mild onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Ounce (2 Heaping Tablespoon)
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce (1 No. 2 Can)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Pimento 1
  Cooked celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), cut into pieces
  Mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Shrimp 2 Can (20 oz), drained
Directions

Saute onion in butter; do not brown.
Add flour; when smooth add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
Add shrimp 10 minutes before serving; serve over cooked rice.
