After Game Casserole
|Onions||2 , chopped|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Cream and mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Canned mushroom pieces||4 Ounce (1 Can, Small Pieces)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Uncooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Veal||1 Pound, diced|
|Pork||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Celery stalks||7 , chopped|
|Buttered cereal flakes||10 Gram|
Brown onions in skillet; add water.
Simmer 10 minutes, covered.
Add soups, mushrooms, choy sauce, rice and salt.
Place with remaining ingredients, except flakes, in greased baking dish; top with buttered flakes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Casserole may be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
