After Game Casserole

Ingredients
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream of chicken soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Cream and mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Canned mushroom pieces 4 Ounce (1 Can, Small Pieces)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Uncooked rice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Veal 1 Pound, diced
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Celery stalks 7 , chopped
  Buttered cereal flakes 10 Gram
Directions

Brown onions in skillet; add water.
Simmer 10 minutes, covered.
Add soups, mushrooms, choy sauce, rice and salt.
Place with remaining ingredients, except flakes, in greased baking dish; top with buttered flakes.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Casserole may be prepared in advance and baked when ready to serve.
