|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooking oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
|Minced parsley||2 Tablespoon|
In fry pan, cook onion in oil until tender.
Add rice and soy sauce.
Cook over low heat 5 to 10 minutes, stirring with a fork occasionally.
Add egg, parsley and pepper.
Cook over low heat 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
If desired, serve with additional soy sauce.
